Class Descriptions:

My classes are a blend of power yoga,
hatha~flow and viniyoga.

It varies depending on the needs of the students
in the classes.

More often in my classes, I will bring about a
sense of SELF AWARENESS... within each pose,
breath and stillness.

We're just not moving through the poses to find
a good stretch or tone your abs.
BUT....
WHAT'S HAPPENING in the pose?

What sensations are you feeling?


Yoga poses not only can help circulate energy
throughout the body, but it can release emotions.
