Hatha Flow Yoga: FUN!
An energetic style- the poses are linked together to
create a "flow". Creates strength and flexibility.
(prior yoga experience highly recommended)
though not required. must be injury free.

Viniyoga: Gentle
A gentle style, combining breath work and poses
together.  Poses are adapted to best suit
your own personal needs.
(great for those just starting out in yoga,
have chronic injuries & taking care of their bodies)

Vini-Hatha Yoga: Gentle & Energizing!
Combining both styles- this class will include the
viniyoga warm up and cool-down segments. More
energizing Hatha yoga poses will be explored to
improve strength, stamina, flexibility, focus and
balance...
(great for beginners who want to learn hatha yoga at a
slower pace)


Power Yoga: Hard work that pays off!  
Get ready to move, sweat and challenge yourself!!
great for athletes, gym members
and active individuals looking to
seriously improve their stamina and flexibility.
( 6 months of prior yoga experience highly recommended)
must be free of any major injuries
