To empower adults of all ages—especially those 60 and older—to move with ease, build strength, and heal from within through mindful movement, awareness, compassionate guidance, and a holistic approach to wellness.

I combine Eastern and Western healing practices to support whole-body wellness. Together, we create space for strength, balance, and long-term relief—not just symptom management.
Awareness is the key to change.
You can't change anything that you're not aware of.
I teach small group classes online and in person.
I also work
work privately with clients in person and online.
I create customized fitness and wellness programs with their goals in mind.
