Phoenix Rising Class Schedule
Classes are FREE for Phoenix Rising Members.
Drop In Fee is: $10.
Class registration and participation must be approved by Ann in advance.
Requirements to attend the classes:
You must have been diagnosed with cancer and medically cleared by your doctor to participate in the classes.
The classes will be recorded and will be uploaded into the Phoenix Rising Video Library.
Please arrive 5 mins early. Mute microphone and have camera turned off during class. Waiting Room will be 'locked' 5 mins after class starts. Don't be late!
If you are able to attend 'live' Ann will be available to chat after the class has finished.
All classes are online/ Zoom. The classes also have a private Zoom Link.
Thursdays
9:00-10:00am MST
Phoenix Rising Yoga: There will be several different types of 'yoga' classes. These are also classes that I do not offer publicly and I am very excited to offer it in my program.
Classes will be identified as 'standing and floor' or 'chair'
Floor work includes poses on the back, sides, hands and knees).
*Viniyoga: More gentle and therapeutic. Standing, Seated, Floor.
*Phoenix Rising Yoga: Hatha yoga poses with experiential
intention and meditation. 'Drop Inwards and Be Curious.' Great body and mind connection. Standing, Seated and Floor.
*Qi Gong Infused Yoga: The best of both worlds~ Qi Gong and Yoga! Standing, Seated and Floor.
*Oncology Yoga: Sessions will include increase strength, stamina,circulation; improve flexibility, mobility and balance. Addresses common side effects experienced from treatments, medications, recovery from surgeries.
Previous yoga experience not required.
If you're new practicing yoga (or if it's been awhile) or may need options, please contact Ann before practicing the yoga videos.
Props needed:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Strap with "D" metal buckle
2 Yoga Blocks (large)
2 Rolls of Paper Towels (used in Oncology Yoga sessions)
Blanket or Beach Towel
Chair (without arms or wheels)

Phoenix Rising Qi Gong Flow:
Classes include:
*5 Elements
*Moving Meditation
*Buddha Palm
and many others!
Classes may include qi massage, healing sounds and short meditation. Previous Qi Gong experience not required. Can practice standing or seated.
