Beautifully sequenced especially for women's health. Learn sequences to reawaken your feminine essence. Balance hormones, reduce stress and tension. Regain your vitality and improve your overall sense of well being. We will practice lymphatic massages, Tibetan Healing Sounds and acupressure points.
