Service Description

Start your week off with some yoga in the morning! There will be a different yoga class each week: Week 1: Chair Yoga Week 2: Chair Assisted Yoga (it will be a standing class, using the chair as an assistant. We will work on leg strengthening and balance) Week 3: Standing Yoga Week 4: Floor Yoga (will be on back, hands and knees). Week 5: Seated AND Standing Chair Yoga. Props needed: Chair (without arm or wheels), yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap, 1 beach towel
